Version: 2026-10-22

This notice explains the information used when you browse ReclaimChips, submit a chip inventory or sourcing inquiry, upload a BOM, or use customer support.

Who to contact

ReclaimChips is operated by Shenzhen Chuangyunxinyuan Technology Co., Limited (深圳市创云芯源科技有限公司), Shenzhen, China. For questions about your information or this notice, contact kezhiwei@lianyixinic.com or +86 133 8049 9166.

Information you provide

Inquiry and support records can include your name, company, email, telephone or WhatsApp number, the contact method you prefer, and the messages you submit. Product information can include manufacturer, full part number, quantity, package, date or lot code, condition, stock location, target price and delivery requirements, depending on the form you use.

If you upload a BOM or stock list, the file and its filename become part of your inquiry. Send only information needed to assess your inventory or sourcing request. Remove passwords, identity documents, payment-card details, and unrelated personal or confidential information. Only share information you are authorised to provide.

Inquiry records, files and internal notifications

Forms and live chat use our existing inquiry service hosted at lyxic.ru. Submitted details and messages are recorded there so the team can assess requirements, answer questions, follow up, and keep the inquiry and conversation connected.

Uploaded BOM files are saved with the inquiry in the service's non-public file storage. Internal inquiry notifications can include the submitted details and BOM attachment and are sent through the existing mail service to the responsible team, including the configured site contact kezhiwei@lianyixinic.com. Sending a notification does not itself confirm a quotation or transaction.

The service also processes information such as submission and conversation identifiers, language, source page, visitor identifier and approximate country information. For support conversations it stores a keyed hash of the IP address. Hosting and network services can also process connection information when handling a request.

Automated support and human follow-up

Where AI support is enabled, an external AI service processes recent conversation text, relevant information already supplied in the conversation, and website knowledge to draft an answer and organise explicitly provided requirements and contact details. AI replies are labelled in the chat. Human staff can take over and pause automated replies. Stock, specifications, prices, testing, delivery and transaction terms require team confirmation.

The existing support service uses a Cloudflare AI integration when automated support is enabled and available. Relevant conversation information, including contact details or requirements you have shared in the chat, may be included in that processing. You can ask the team about the active processing arrangement before sharing further information.

For human follow-up, ask in the conversation or email kezhiwei@lianyixinic.com. Do not put sensitive information in a chat message. A request for a person is followed up by the team; automated replies pause when the team takes over.

Browser storage and optional analytics

The site and embedded support service use browser storage for preferences and continuity, including language, cookie choices, the floating-video dismissal preference, visitor or session identifiers and the identifier used to restore your support conversation. Clearing or blocking that storage can prevent the conversation or preferences from being restored; it does not delete records already submitted to the inquiry service.

Optional analytics depends on your analytics preference. The current website can load Google Analytics after analytics is accepted. Article reading statistics use the existing inquiry service and are counted only when the analytics preference allows them; that reading counter also checks the browser's Do Not Track setting. Essential inquiry and chat processing continues when optional analytics is rejected.

You can change available cookie preferences using the website's controls, or remove site storage through your browser settings. Contact us if you need help locating a preference control.

Services involved in handling your request

Information is handled by the team responsible for your inquiry and by the hosting, inquiry, email, and any enabled AI or analytics services needed for those functions. If you choose WhatsApp, email or another external contact link, the relevant provider also handles that communication under its own terms and privacy information.

Your location and the providers involved can mean information is processed outside your country or region. A website or service domain alone does not identify the country in which its records are stored. Contact us for details relevant to your inquiry.

Keeping records and protecting information

Inquiry, conversation, attachment and notification records support request handling, business correspondence, service operation and applicable recordkeeping needs. Retention can differ by record type and the status of the business relationship. Contact us to ask about retention or removal of records connected with your inquiry.

The public forms and support interfaces use HTTPS. Access to inquiry records and BOM files is handled through the existing service and its staff access controls. These measures do not provide an absolute security guarantee. If you believe information was sent in error or exposed, contact us with the inquiry reference and a description of the issue.

Your choices and requests

Contact kezhiwei@lianyixinic.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided, to change your preferred contact method, or to ask the team to stop follow-up. Include an inquiry reference or the contact details used for the request. We may need to verify that the request concerns your records and explain any limits that apply to required business records or other obligations.

You can browse information without submitting an inquiry. Choose which optional information to provide, use one suitable contact channel for follow-up, and reject optional analytics through the available preferences.
