Separate memory stock by technology, full part number, density, package and lot. DRAM components, memory modules, NAND and eMMC are different assessment objects even at similar capacities.
Distinguish chips from modules
Specify DRAM components, DIMMs, NAND, eMMC or UFS. Separate DDR4 and DDR5 and identify exact manufacturer codes rather than an ambiguous label such as “8 GB memory.”
Part and lot information
Keep the exact device information for density, organization, speed and package. Record lots from labels and flag mixed lots, loose parts or incomplete packaging. A brand logo alone is insufficient identification.
Condition, source and use history
Separate unused, removed and reworked items. Discuss available use or inspection records and suitable checks for previously used memory. Appearance or manufacture year does not establish function or reliability.
Pricing needs specific demand
Assessment depends on the exact device, lot, saleable quantity and inspection costs. Listed models do not represent live inventory, uniform prices or guaranteed acceptance; confirm validity and acceptance in writing.
Next steps
Prepare a full inventory list for a sale, or a BOM and quality requirements for sourcing. Request an inventory assessment · Send a procurement RFQ · Review quotation inputs.
