Separate Infineon MOSFETs, IGBTs, driver ICs and modules by exact code, package and condition. A generic power-device lot does not define the assessment object or inspection needs.
Separate device forms
List discrete MOSFETs, IGBTs, gate drivers and power modules separately. Record Si, SiC or GaN only when supported by actual codes and documentation, not appearance. Match exact codes to manufacturer pages.
Document packing and mechanical condition
Identify reel, tray, tube or module packing. Note bent terminals, oxidation, package damage, mounting and soldering. Do not dismantle modules for photos or omit installation and rework history.
Define inspection boundaries
Voltage, switching and other electrical checks require a suitable device-specific plan. Basic continuity is not full performance verification. Agree methods, samples, equipment capability, costs and acceptance responsibility instead of treating a category page as a test report.
Illustrative power-project leftovers
A factory lists driver ICs, discrete power devices and modules separately, attaches labels and known storage records, then agrees feasible checks and lot-specific quotes. This is not a customer story, certification or sale promise.
Manufacturer references and scope
These references identify product families and public guidance. They do not establish our authorization, certification or testing capability.
